    1 minutes warm up
    100 jumping jacks
    20 squats in 1 minute
    20 lunges-10 each leg

    I want to do something more...let me c if ican

    I am 67 now, and want to lose 6 kg by Jan 1st, and 3 inches on the same day. Could nt do any workout still. But starting tomorrow positively.

    Will tr to catch you up. 10 squats in 1 mins is very ideal. I will do it today. jumping jacks 100 long way for me. but try it out.

    Yes, your goal is achievable. Start today. Take care of the food part. *80% food only. So the rule is no add ing white stuff. (eg. sugar, maida, dairy(limited low fat is ok).add nuts.

    Hi all, This thread is for all those with limited exercise access due to various reasons,but there is lot that we can still lose weight.The key is to keeping ourself healthy and fit.
    As for as exercise we are still following the 5 mins routine but take care of your plate. A lesser portion with less calorie is the rule here.

    count me in too...can u tell if this is only fr pear shaped body type?? i want t reduce my upper part more than the lower!! do u suggest any excercise?
    and as someone suggested, pls tag ppl here fr betterment!!!

    Hi All
    I would not be able to control much on food, coz need to cook for all. So including one bowl of veggies every day from tomorrow. Then, taking ashgourd salad after breakfast. 12 sets of suryanamaskar, and 5 sets of cycling for thighs as of now.
    Need to fix my weigh scale and get an inch tape today...
