    2 egg white omlette+3 ragi dosa
    2 biscuits+puffed wheat
    Tea
    1 moong dhal dosa


    Total water intake - 3 L
    Exercise- 300 Cals
    Calories - Allowed 1200- 1032(Taken)

    Bf. Bread omelete
    Snack. 16 oz grapes:2 dates:almonds
    Lunch. 8 oz brown rice: 8 oz moong dal tomato: 5 oz curd:1 spoon mango pickle: 3 spoons gongura pickle
    Dinner 1 bread : tomato curry 3 tablespoons:vankaya 2 tbsp/ 3 oranges

    BBM day 15, 20 mins of ab.

    May 19- Tue:
    30 mins of ab.

    Diet: may 18:
    Bread slice with sun dried tomatoes
    Tea
    Papaya
    Quinoa, dal, veggie,flavored yogurt
    Tea
    Dinner: grilled corn,soup(left over from Thai foods),bitter guard curry with yogurt.

    May 19 th diet:
    Bread slice with peanut butter
    Tea
    Strawberries
    1 Adai,avial,salad,yogurt
    Milk
    1 Madeline cookie
    Watermelon, dark chocolate-2 coated on
    Cherries.

    Today, after eating adai avial, suffered with tough heart burn...
    So, kept the dinner so mild.
    30 mins of floor workout led to high discomforts in my gut.
