    I am yet to do Day 2 workout.

    Gals,

    what about sharing the meal plan? Does anyone drink almond milk? Is it healthier than the cow's milk?

    I did not take measurement. My measurements are going to be my old blouses and jeans from different stages:D . Weight , I have noted down.

    Finished day 2 in the morning. DH made fun out of me and gave him my peace of mind notdonesmiley I haven't signed up for ab. If its just 5 mins, then i might buy it.

    @Supreep : Last week I got a packet of almond milk . It tastes so bad for me .

    I wish to read on your meal plan supreep.

    Being in FB support groups for BBM , seeing their (US ppl) food habits , they eat so less , not much cooking , chicken , salad , fruits . Sometimes I feel jealous too . For me its so difficult to follow a diet plan .

    Please do take measurements @JustAnotherMom . We will share the inch loss , every 15 days . No way we could measure the progress . We might even gain weight on the scale .

    friends,
    I added some other ab workout (15 mins )with fit test workout today. I did not pay for it. will see what I can do, depends on my moodthinkingsmiley
    weighed myself today, but no measurements. will take one today/tomorrow.

    did day 2 . was not able to do even 1 squat thrust :( but was able to wall sit better. will take the measurements today. areu ladies planning on doing any additional cardio?. i am just doing this . don't know if it will be effective
