Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg a month- April 2015

    Hi buddies here.. I have started my journey on March 21st... I will come under Team 6. My goal weight is to reach 67kg..


    Mar 21st: 82.7kg
    Apr 4th: 81.4kg
    Apr 17th: 79.7kg


    I will follow the schedule from now on.. and post on the dates pattern..So my next scale is on Apr 30th...

    My exercise is 50 mins yoga and 30 mins aerobics..

    No rice in diet...Only chapathi and oats with full of veggies and fruits.. idly/dosa/or any breakfast in limited manner.. ex: 3 idly or 3 dosa etc.. 2 times coffee/tea..

    Let us move and shed the stubborn weight...

    Exercise 2 miles:162 calories:40 mins
    Bf. Bread omelete
    Lunch. Brown rice 8oz :papu 8oz :cauliflower 8oz :curd 6oz
    Dinner brown rice 4oz:papu 4oz : cauliflower 4oz:curd 4oz

    April 20: mon- 45 mins kick boxing, breathing exercises,meditation
    April 21:tue-25 mins floor workout, 25 mins strength training with weights, 20 mns walk.

    diet-
    April 20- 1 bread slice, peanut butter, tea
    apple
    pasta,vegetables
    tea
    vegetables,yogurt

    April 21:
    diet:
    cereal,milk,grapes and strawberries
    salad,veg burger
    tea,biscuit,please bread slice-1,peanut butter
    temple prasadam-laddu and pepper vada( small portion)

    Hello beauties, I am so busy now a days so couldn't find time to post my routine,I am desperately loosing my courage and de motivating for past few days.Following nothing special but eating a lot.I am feeling that I will be 60kgs on 30th April weight check day.

    its k dt, sometime i am also feel like that eating large volume on somedays... you should have a spirit about ur weight lossing... :yes:

    Snack 1 orange:1 date
    Dinner. 5 navel medium oranges
