    Good morning
Saturday and Sunday we had overnight guests.
Therefore I could not do my weekly planning.

    • Sunday evening, after the guests left, washed a batch of clothes.
    • Just after the half-time show transferred the washed clothes to the dryer.
    • Prepared dinner.
    • Roasted masala for brinjal curry the next day. Washed okra and spread it out on the towel to dry.
    • Already had chutney and idli batter for b’fast.
    • Before going to bed folded the dried clothes and put them away.
    Monday:
    • On the internet:
Did a couple of bank transactions.
    Posted in IL.
This took me 40 minutes. (Internet is one of my major time stealers; must find a way to reduce it)

    • Made the beds.
    • Washed the bedside water bottles, filled them with fresh water and placed them in the fridge.
    • Before going to the kitchen, I loaded the washing machine and started it.
    • Finished my day’s cooking, packed my lunch.
    • Quickly wiped down the countertops.
    • Washed the vessels I used for cooking.
    • On the way back to take my shower I transferred the washed clothes to the dryer.
    • After shower, had my breakfast and left for work.
    • At work, just as I was about to leave, my co-worker came by and began discussing some important matters and I was delayed by about 45 minutes.
    My brain was fried.

    • Came home, had coffee, and set out to make rotis for dinner. Already had kurma from Saturday’s dinner.
    • Got a couple of phone calls.
    • Pressure cooked dhal for Tuesday’s meals.
By then I was too tired.

    • While I was watching a TV program my head was lolling with heavy sleep. So just went to bed, doing nothing else.
My plans to wash the bed linen from the guest room after dinner, exercise, iron a couple of my silk sarees…all went poof!

    Have to leave!

    Hi Mahesaran
    Thank you very much.

Yes, due to many personal reasons I stepped away. I realized that I was spending a lot of time, energy, and even getting unnecessarily disturbed by many things. So took time off from the virtual world.

How are you and your family?

    Dear All

    Time saving strategy:

Usually I come here with my morning cup of coffee and post. The intention will be to get up and go immediately after finishing the coffee.
However, what happens is even after I empty my cup I have to recall many thing an type and edit and edit and edit.
This has been taking my time.

Whatever I had to say on managing time has been said.

From now on I'll post every weekend - Sat or Sunday evening - on how I spent the week. Warning: they may be long posts. :)

My coffee is over! Got to go!

Take care. See you in the weekend.

    @meenurani
    Welcome.
I don't see you why you call yourself lazy.
That is just your lifestyle and your routine.

Do not make the mistake of comparing yourself to others. Each of us is different, our family needs are different.

    Take care.

Friends I am sorry for not coming back as promised.

Some personal situations have cropped up and taken my attention away.
So nothing much accomplished on the home front except the routine. Had no time to write about them also.

I will be away from the virtual world for some time. Just wanted to let you know and not left wondering...

Will be back when I am able to.
    Take care.

    A big hiiii to all

Am here again after a v ery long long time .. As i had to keep away from indusladies due to my series of personal situation and my works .. yea .. i hav started my online clothing boutiques and its quite successful and keeps my day busy and not allowing me to do any other chores if my business works is tight .. In that case i really really missed u all and all ur valuable tips ..
So i thought of keeping in touch with u all again to gain some energy to manage my house chores ..
Recently we moved to our new home and still setltling here because lot of works are still going on (carpentry and few more works ) No wardrobes yet and its really difficult to organise here because of my 1 and half yrs old ds jumping and rolling over the folded clothes which kept jus in the corner of the room .. he makes the room lot more messier.. Can u all give some nice tips on how to be organise with the still constructing home ..Its applicable to the kitchen area too .. We are yet to do cupboards so all my ingrediants box are still in the counter tops only ..

And the last main thing is .. Our new home we build as open kitchen attached to the hall .. so i cant fill the sink with unwashed dish as it doesnt look nice and looks awkward .. We have utility room to wash the vessels in indian style ( sitting down and washing) which i ask my maid to wash the vessels there.. But it is practically difficult for me to go and wash there everytime .. so i again started piling up things in my sink and wash .. if am not able to wash then it gets stocked there which is visible all over .. My kitchen sink is small ..
So i jus want to know how it can be handled .. If anybody in this situation like washing vessels seperatly other than in kitchen .. then how do u manage everytime .. Whn do u wash the vessels?? .. Please guide me ..
Sorry for the long post and many more long post are yet to come till i starts managing our new home .. I really want it to look sweet and clutter free .. Please help ladies..
