My 3rd time weight loss challenge: Working mom with 2 kids

    update 9th oct

    breakfast: 2 small red bean bun and 1 small piece of banana cake with coffee
    lunch: rice, sardin curry and veges
    snack: one banana
    dinner: not yet, maybe bread with curry

    workout:
    4.5 miles on elliptical machine

    lunch: rice with sambar and egg sambal (spicy gravy)
    snack: half plate meehoon (thin noodles) and tea
    dinner: not yet (maybe none)

    workout:

    BF:cereal with milk and banana
    Lunch pita bread,sambhar and vegetables
    Snack:apple and 1 rusk and 1/2 cup skim milk
    Dinner:Matta rice kanji and moong dal curry
    Ex: 35 min brisk walk and JM shred level 2

    I've lost most of my weight ladies but I still have little fat in my tummy and buttocks.. Please help me lose them.. Squats works ? Any personal experience?

    couldn't do much due to spotting

    Weight loss ladies,


    How are you planning to prepare sweets for Diwali with brown or white sugar???? I prefer brown but mil says it's expensive let's do it with white .. What say ?

    Last evening my hubby taught me an ex at gym with an equipment and I feel my abs are working out feeling sore .. I'm planning to continue with that plus sit ups and squats .. Let's Rock!!!!

    Better to use Jaggery instead of brown sugar as it contains Molasses which is not healthy choice

    Hi Bloom,

    Well, we use brown sugar for making tea/boost/ oats etc and yes jaggery can be used fur making sweet pongal but how about payasam and all? White or brown which is best for payasam?
