    hi to all wonderful friends here...

    sorry for disappearing for a while...... my laptop crashed got a new laptop last week... but could not get on track due to festival and holidays... overall diet was up and down... and was exercising on and off.....

    hope to stick to diet and exercise hereafter.. only 2.5 months left in 2014..and i am no were near to my target... poor me!!!!surrendersmiley

    looking forward to end the year with decent number...:yes:

    my target this week would be to drink lots of warm water (atleast 3 ltrs) - i have been not doing this for quite sometime....

    exercise exercise and exercise... which am lagging behind.. gettting very lazy now a days.... hope to do atleast 30 mins workout.....

    BF : 2 dosai + idli podi
    lunch : rice + horsegram rasam + karamani usli
    dinner : 2 chapathi + boiled egg
    water 2 lts

    workout
    treadmill uphill & down 15 mins
    EFX 15 mins
    cycling P1 15 mins
    abs excercise with D/B & ball 25 mins

    7th oct
    BF : 3 idli + sambar
    MM : cucumber with mint juice
    lunch : rice + sambar + banana flower usli
    evng : 4 banana flower vadai
    dinner : 2 chapathi + butter bean & potato curry.
    water 2 lts

    workout
    cardio 30 mins

    i had milk daily. ate small cup cakes, 1 small murukku , fruits here & there.

    Hi all buddies, I am back....went to native for vacation... As a result gained 3 kgs...

    melon how are you? Last year we had 100 days challenge... Can we restart some challenge from the coming week?

    hope u had great time....

    yep we have only 85 days left for new year...

    we will try to be on track dear... thats all we can do to get better everyday...

    give me if u have any idea for coming weeks...

    7/10 update

    early morning warm water with lime

    bf - ragi dosa with egg and coffee

    mm- green tea with lime

    lunch -2.5 phulka + potato and brinjal curry

    evening - 1 block kiri + 1 multigrain bread

    dinner - 1 bowl matar rice + chicken curry + chocolate custurd

    before bed - 5 mini dates + herbal green tea

    water - 3 litres

    workout

    fitness blender upper body arms toning workout - 20 mins with weights

    20mins outside walk....

    today dinner was out of track

    Breakfast - bournvita, wheat bread, soaked almonds, fruit smoothie (apple, banana, strawberry and blackberry)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, vegetable, egg & yogurt
    Eve - dates, grapes
    Dinner - dosa, curry & milk (yet to)

    Workout:
    Treadmill - 3 miles
    Elliptical - 15 mins
    Climbing stairs

    Hello all,

    Iam getting motivated to join this weightloss challenge as well!

    My current weight : 83kgs
    Target Weight : 76kgs by end of 2014
    Actual Target Weight : 63kgs by mid 2015.

    Workout : (Goal of 40miles Brisk walk per week)
    - Morning walk(3-4miles) with streching excercies/yoga for 10min (Goal is weightloss and improve metabolism)
    -Evening walk(4-5miles)

    Diet : Drink lots of water/barley water whenever possible
    Breakfast : Ragi java/Oatmeal and milk
    mid snack : fruit N 2-3almonds and Barley water.
    Lunch & Dinner : Rotis with curry,soup and yogurt .
