    how do you calculate miles while walking? (normal outdoor walk)

    15 mins walk... is same as 1 mile... but don't want too slow as you wont be burning many calories..

    Sept 2- 3 miles walk +JM
    Sept 3- 5 miles JM +zumba
    Sept 4- 5 miles 3 mile walk + JM level 1

    I use an app mapmywalk. It will show time,distance,pace,calories burned etc.

    Got busy with "back to school"stuffs

    Sept 2 = 3 miles (weight training)
    Sept 3 = 3.5 miles (cardio)
    Sept 4 = 3 miles (abs)
    sept 5 = 4 miles (kick boxing + 1mile walk)
