weightloss friends group 2014

    Snack : 1 large cup of vanilla and strawberry ice cream shared with DH
    Dinner: 1 veggie delight (shared with dh), noodles


    Workout
    1 hour walking while picking fruits n veg in farm (loved our visit)
    climbing stairs (at home)


    I've picked raspberries, apples, nectarine for my fruit smoothie and sweet corn, beans too ! This is the first time I'm seeing an apple tree in my life .. He he he .. An apple a day; keeps all the blues away :)

    Hey all. After a long time updating. Was busy with los 1st bday preparations all these days. It was a blast. Everyone said i lost a lot of weight. I also looked good in the long flowing anarkali. Yippeeee!!!!
    Target- 46 kg
    starting wt- 55.5 kg
    june 15- started wt loss challenge in IL- 54 kg
    aug 15 - 50.3 kg
    more 4.3 kgs to lose.
    I will be going to hostel in september. How to maintain weight there as il be eating hostel food, meed to study for 12-15 hrs and i get hungry too often if i study.

    hai gals dont worry everything will be alright. awaiting for the weighing day.
    i am going to singapore on 20th august night will be back on 26th aug. i dont know how can i follow diet, i will try to control my calories. for workout shd use gym in the hotel. i will go for swimming , will go for shopping that itself will be a gd workout.
    16th aug
    BF : 3 dosai + peas kuruma
    lunch : rice + rasam + prawns masala
    evng : 2 murukku
    dinner : same as lunch
    water : 2 lts
    no workout

    17th aug
    BF : 1 rava dosai( outside food)
    lunch : mutton briyani + boiled egg + mosumbi juice with mint( lunch hubby's preparation )
    evng : 2 pieces pizza + 2 slices garlic bread
    dinner not yet shd have milk alone.

    water 2 lts
    no workouts ( 2day cleaned kitchen very tired)
    from 2morrow will start the routine

    diet
    breakfast: 3 slices of buttered wholemeal bread with tea
    lunch fried barley rice
    snack: 2 oats biscuits
    dinner: 3 slices of wholemeal bread with tuna


    workout:
    30 mins spot jog (170 calories at 2 miles)
    5 lbs weight excercie on arms and lunges
    30 mins on elliptical (340 calories 4 miles)

    Breakfast - 2 slices plain wheat bread (store bought), 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar),home made fruit smoothie (included banana, apple, raspberry, blueberries & water)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, home made yogurt, vegetable and 1 boiled egg white
    Eve - 1 sweet corn
    Dinner - home made chapati with curry

    1 multivitamin

    Workout :

    • Climbing stairs (at home)
    • Treadmill - Distance: 2.35 Calories:264 Time:45
    • Elliptical - Distance: 0.90 miles Calories:90 Time: 25 mins
    • Arm workouts
    • Basic Squats - 10

    Hi all,

    I have been MIA for about a week now. During the week, my diet and walks were in place mostly, just that I had developed lymphadenities for which I am currently taking medications. So unable to do any workouts.

    My weight has stayed stable, no change there, so happy about it.
