    By any chance do you know where are our dearies. I could not find any on here. What about our OP Melon? Neither could i find Sharmi, Sravani, Bharthi,and others. :-(

    Food: Normal
    Junk - nil :p

    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (without sugar) & 2 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries & few strawberries)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, soya curry, carrot, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Snack - cucumber
    Dinner - 3 roti prepared with little oil & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp sugar)

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - nil (my thighs are super sore after squats :eek)
    Tread mill - Calories burnt: 250 Time - 40 mins
    Elliptical - Calories burnt: 50

    @ SB, Your workouts are very inspiring dear!! great going.


    @Sahityaj, Sometimes there is only change in fit and not in scale and sometimes viceversa. So don't worry. If you want to check if the machine is working, place an object and check the weight, then remove and re-place the same object to see if it shows the same weight.




    @ Prameela, you have already achieved an astounding 11 kg loss, you will surely be able to shed the extra 15 as well. Keep at it dear, and we are all here to motivate and encourage each other!!

    @ Mahe, what are pome seeds? how do you have them?


    @ EverHappy, I too have started weighing myself every morning and I see a slight fluctuation usually .5 to .8 kgs. I am keeping that as a check to monitor that it doesn't steadily start raising again. I too want to see my weight below 70 kgs, its been two years since it was 68-69 kgs. So come on dear, lets do this together!!

    My update:

    last weekend was an extended weekend, I was super busy for two days, but kept my diet under control.


    Yesterday (29/7)

    Mor - 1 cup milk with palm sugar. BF - 2 Idli with chutney, 1 cup yogurt.
    MM - 1 cup earl grey tea (No sugar or milk)
    Lun - 1/2 cup foxtail millet with sambar and curd, 1/2 cup carrot subzi and 1/2 cup raw carrots.
    Eve - 1 small cup coffee
    Din - 1 cup vermicilli upma with sambar.

    Workout:
    3 km slow walk.

    My weight today is 76.9 kgs, I am excited to see that it has come below 77 kgs where it was struck for sometime. I have lost 2.1 kgs since Jun. This is with minimum exercise (health reasons) and mostly watching what I eat. I am yet to come back to my initial starting weight of 75 kgs (Jan 2014), and then reduce and get to my target of 65 kgs.

    Its a long way, but am glad that the journey has begun :)

    I love this kind of spirit... I've successfully lost 34 lbs after my delivery ... everything is possible with high spirits :)
