Working Moms Daily workout Group...

    Hi all,

    Hats off to you all for updating your diet and exercise details even during weekends!

    My diet wasn't very good on Saturday and Sunday..was with friends...but did my workout all 3 days..yesterday was back on track with diet..and hope to be on track!

    Still struggling with situps..but will buy a decline board after I come back from Chennai in September and see if that helps me!

    I have 3 more weeks before I travel and I hope I reach my below 130lb target!

    my tummy feels bloated after drinking so much water, smoothie , butter milk and milk etc etc ... Anyone feeling so ?

    Food: Normal
    Junk - nil [​IMG]

    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (without sugar) & 2 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries & few strawberries)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, soya curry, carrot, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Post lunch - 1 glass of buttermilk
    Snack - cucumber
    Dinner - 3 roti prepared with little oil & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp sugar)

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - nil (my thighs are super sore after squats [​IMG])
    Tread mill - Calories burnt: 250 Time - 40 mins
    Elliptical - Calories burnt: 50

    Resuming again. Have been going to gym in the past couple of days. Looks like I lost yet another pound.

    However, my food intake is off the track. Need to control it for better result.

    i have downloaded a apps called Accupedo. it counts how many steps we had, the speed and calories burnt. pre set target is 10000 steps per day. i did about 500 steps in between my office work and burnt about 50 calories at 3.5 km perhour.
    Seems to be good apps.
    I also downloaded my fitnesspal apps. with my height and weight, my calories per day is 1400. but yesterday my total intake exceeded my limit and with no excercise.
    will try the both apps today.

    update for 30th july

    breakfast: 2 ragi thosai with sambar (no tea :banana)
    lunch: 2 ragi thosai with sambar and cucumber raita
    snack: one small oats biscuit and one cup of soya bean milk
    dinner: half plate of fried noodles (shared with my friend)

    workouts:
    30 mins gym:
    20 on cross trainer burnt 270 calories at 2.8 miles
    standing biceps curls X 20 with 5 lbs weight
    lunges with weight X 10
    10 X situps
