    half snicker bar...
    3 small dosa...

    workout... 3 miles only...

    3 piece of pecan twirls,zoo animal crackers half pack... (been craving for sweet..
    rice with karela curry,little boondi..
    nuts... half pack animal crackers...muruku...
    ice with fish curry (my fav)cup of sweet rice...

    workout 4 miles.. walk..

    update for 24th July

    breakfast: one thosai with sambar and little coconut chutney, few chips and tea
    lunch: was busy, not able to have proper lunch so ate one whole corn, few pieces of dragon fruit
    snack: one small piece of butter cake and 2 dates
    dinner: noodles

    workouts:
    45 fast walk and jogging
    30 squats, 20 sit ups

    Morning chai
    Banana nut cereal with Milk(got bored with branflakes)
    Sweet potato patty with lentil salad and watermelon juice
    Chai with Pop chips, almond pieces.
    Rice and Yoghurt with potato

    25 situps(still unable to do them properly, will try with a decline board), 10 leg raises, 12 sec plank, 1 set suryanamaskar, 50 kapalbhatis. Usual 350 on the treadmill plus an extra 2 mile walk.

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (without sugar), 1 glass smoothie (1 apple, 1 banana, few blueberries, few strawberries)

    Lunch - 2 or 3 small chapati's (prepared with few drops of oil), brown rice (replacement for white rice) , some curry, 1 vegetable daily, 1 egg (daily) & yogurt

    Snack - 1.5 Sweet potato

    Dinner - 4 small chapatis with rajma curry &
    1/2 glass milk with viva (no sugar) & 1/2 glass milk with pepper (caught up with sore throat)

    Total sugar in take - sugar content from viva & bournvita

    Junk - nil :clap

    Wt update:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 24 - 152.8 lbs
    Last month, I lost 4.6 lbs but this month don't think I can lose that much but 3 lbs a MUST !!

    Distance - 3.29 miles

    I did a good workout today after a gap.

    on liquid fasting today
    Had big glass of warm water of lemon and honey, then 500 ml of yoguart drink
    dinner: rice, curry and vegetables
    snacks: some chips

    update for 26th july

    breakfast: 2 slices bread with butter and jam and coffee
    lunch: 2 chapatis made from multi grain atta with mochai curry, brocoli and cucumber raita
    snack: one banana and 3 oats biscuits
    dinner: same as lunch


    workouts:
    40 mins in gym (10 mins of strecthing and arms curl X 20, squats with weight x 20, lunges with weight X 20. weight is 5 lbs)
    30 mins on cross trainer (burnt 360 calories @ 4.2 miles)
