    1 apple
    2 chapaties + cabbage curry
    1 cup green tea + small slice choc fudge cake
    2 chapaties + moong dal + salad + buttermilk

    3 lts water
    1 hour walking

    I am back from vacation... And, ofcourse with a lot of weight gain (3 Kgs)... But, it was a wonderful trip this time.

    July 6
    menu-
    bf- semiya upma
    lunch- tomato dal, rice, namkeen, curd
    snack- banana
    dinner- brinjal tomato curry, rice, dal, curd


    water- 7 glasses
    no exercise as we went out to see banquet halls for my lo's first bday.


    July7-
    bf- idli, coriander chutney
    lunch- palak dal, rice, beans curry, curd
    snack- banana, oeanut butter brown bread toast, murmura upma
    dinner- same as lunch
    water- 6 glasses


    exercise- 30 min brisk walk
    JM 30 day shred day 4
    steps- 8380


    today-
    bf- idli, karampodi
    lunch- rice, snake gourd curry, curd
    snacks- 2 biscuits, 1/4 th apple, 1 brown bread toast
    dinner- lobia bean sundal having now.
    rice, dal and snake gourd curry after some time.
    Water- 6 glasses till now


    ex-
    JM 30 day shred day 5
    15 min cardio and core interval
    will walk for 30 min after dinner

    welcome back Sharmi, how was ur trip? enjoyed well.

    Mahe, i am in for this week's challenge. the secret i am going to follow is, going to have the same food from ur food log here for the next day, so need not plan separately for me. thank u now itself for ur food log.waitingsmiley

    Alyssum after a long time seeing nice pics, keep on posting nice smileys. How about ur weight loss , any change?

    past few days no workouts but was on diet.

    8th july

    BF : 2 dosais + chow chow chutney
    lunch: rice + fish curry + veg omlette+ pal payasam
    evng : 1 small cup ginger tea ( had severe headache)
    dinner : 3 piece veg pizza + 1 piece garlic bread ( my DD's star b'day today)

    water : 2 lts
    workout: 1st day in gym.
    treadmill : 15mins
    elliptical : 15 mins
    cycling : 15 mins
    lastly did stretching only that is paining a lot.

    - 1 wheat bread, milk
    - fruit smoothie (1 apple, 1 banana, few strawberries)
    - wheat chapati, brown rice, peas curry, beetroot & 1 boiled egg
    - 1 big glass of butter milk
    - 1 bowl papaya
    - wheat chapati & 1 small dosa
    - 1 multivitamin

    Workout:
    Arm workout (without weights)
    - Arm circles
    - Lateral lifts
    - Bicep Curls
    - Tricep overhead extension
    - Military press
    - Pulse Up

    Repeat above with 3 lbs weight on each hand..

    Modern mom hip ex
    Squats
    Lunges
    Treadmill - 30 mins
    Elliptical - 30 mins

    Wt:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 8 - 153 lbs

    my update for yesterday (8th july)
    diet***
    cooked chicken ball sweet and sour, keera kari and cauliflower mix vege. but was carefull with the rice though.

    work out:
    fast walk for 40 mins at park continue with 15 mins floor exercises
