    inanya,

As SGA said make some changes in your life style and food habits. Below Inputs would be helpful to play to food log every day.

    1. Have Green Tea instead of normal tea/coffee. Green tea is best to burn the fat and helps to reduce wait.
    2. Take Oats/Brown Bread/ Multi Grain as breakfast.
    3. Use Almonds and dates as Morning Snacks.
    4. Take Greens and more fruits....

Consult Gynecologist whether do u have PCOD for this extra hair growth...

If you cut down on drinking coffee, you may get a little relief from excessive sweating & body odour...U can have plain milk if it's ok with u, or have some ragi malt with milk (without sugar) that will be nutritious and give energy. I have personally faced issues with excess sweating, disturbed sleep , dehydration & depression after drinking too much coffee regularly..Drinking green tea is a good idea...It has many health benefits & helps to burn fat to some extent (of course, u'll see good results only if you combine it with a good diet & exercise routine).
