    Hello Vandana!!

    This was given by my gym trainer. So iam not sure if there is an alternative.I will ensure that I will find out a way and get back to you or update in this thread by today or tomorrow.

    I started the day with:
    1 coffee
    1 idli and thuvar dal sambar
    so far around 4 cups water in take.

    I prepared soup for today:
    Here is the recipe.

    leek - 1 stick - finely chopped
    yellow pumpkin - 2 cups (cubed)
    chicken stock (maggi) - 2
    water - 3 cups
    garlic pods - 5

    --- Add all these ingreedients in a pressure pan and allow that to cook for 2 whistles and blend to a fine paste.I didnt strain..

    chinese cabbage - 6 leave - finely chopped
    spring onion - 2 chopped (finely)
    pepper powder

    - add these ingreedients to the ground puree and give it one good boil
    check for seasoning.

    Serve!!

    Hi Sapthu, Best wishes for the weight loss challenge. iam also on and off in the weight loss trip. I have irregular periods. and my weight is 10 Kgs more than the ideal weight. Iam going to be slow on my weight loss that is 1 kg per month.
    Regarding the diet you have provided, its difficult to eat idlis for 3 times daily.Is there any other alternative.

    I am not sure Nimmi.
    So far its going good for me. I feel so hungry in between. but... i eat fruits and have so much of soup. So iam feeling full.

    If u dont want to eat idlis pls rely on only soups.

    I am not sure what else can we do!!
