    - walking for 45 min daily

    - having lemon honey with warm water

    - oats for 5 day breakfast

    sorry guys couldn't update for sat.

    saturday
    morning : 1 cup warm water +honey+ lemon juice
    bf: -1 cup avocado milkshake
    lunch:- 1 cup rice with rasam
    dinner:-4 idlis + sambar
    water - 2 lts
    exercise- nil ( not in the mood to do )

    sunday today holiday for diet :)hide:)

    morning:- 1 cup warm water +honey + lemon juice.
    bf:- 3 idlis+ sambar
    lunch :- 1 small cup rice + egg potato+drumstick gravy

    went to beach so ate 1 full fish fry,
    dinner :- 2 tbsp veg. fried rice, 1/2 bowl veg soup, 4 pieces chilli garlic chicken dry
    1 cup fresh strawberry fruit milkshake( had everything in hotel)

    exercise- nil
    water :- 2 lts.

    Meal 1 :- tea with biscuits
    meal 2:- energy bar
    Meal 3:- Veg fried rice and raitha
    meal 4:- thattai
    Meal 5:- parathas with spinach curry

    Exercise :- 30 min walking

    Meal 1 :- Brown rice kanji
    Meal 2 :- 1 litre water
    Meal 3 :- fruits salad
    Meal 4:- Rice+ chicken curry + cabbage kottu
    Meal 5:- Green tea
    Meal 6:- Chicken kottu parota ( 1/2 plate only)
    Meal 7:- green tea + banana

    Exercise :- very sore from the water park

    Meal 3 :- green tea
    Meal 4:- rice+ keerai kottu
    Meal 5:- black tea
    Meal 6:- oats dosai + peanut chutney + 1 cup rice+ 2 small pieces of chicken baked


    Exercise :- 45 mins walking briskly

    iam still holding my guts not to weigh myself yet waiting for next wednesday hoo hoo ...(2nd april to reveal my weight loss )
