    Diet update 17 march:
    coffee
    2 dosai with podi
    cucumber slices with hummus, seasoned capsicum with zucchini
    2 chapati with hummus
    coffee, 2 cookies
    1 chapati with hummus
    6 strawberries plus half dosa

    water3L
    workout: 10min exercise bike+15 min bike+25 min bike at different times, 10 min rowing, lunges2x10 with 2kg weights, squat 2x10 with weights, pec flyers, bicep curls, leg raises, crunches.

    i know it's way too late to join! However twin mommy had been held up so badly with babies :( I will also update for the next 12 days. However Pls add me in next month group also! :)

    challenges:
    1. oats for breakfast
    2. 2 liters water per day
    3. Eat light every 2 hours once

    Yesterday really seemed like a new day.

    17th March
    1. Long walk - done
    2. Morning - warm water with honey - done
    3. Also kept up my water intake quota

    18th March
    1. Long walk - done
    2. Morning - ww with honey - done
    3. Water intake - tick

    Today`s diet

    Warm water followed by green tea and 2 digestive biscuit
    Muesli with yoghurt + two slice of brown bread
    2 rotis with karela sabji
    Tea + one digestive biscuit
    Rice + avial and beans uperi

    yesterday I went in birthday party ... so dinner was there.
    I aet in small portion but ..it was calorie food:bang

    Update for 18.03.2014

    Morning: Warm water
    Breakfast: 2 Dosa with Sambhar + Green tea
    MM: Halwa

    Lunch: Curd rice + Broad beans poriyal
    MA: Pomegrante + Green Tea
    Evening: Coffee + Murukku
    In B/W: Aval Payasam (Offering to God)

    Dinner: 3 chapathis with mix veg curry

    Water: 3 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins ( LS walk 2 miles + stepped down 26 floors )

    We had a fire evacuation drill yesterday and had to step down 26 floors. My calf muscles were sore. Somehow managed to do a 1 mile LS walk in the evening.
