    I usually drink water more than a liter and go for walking for 30 to 40 min. I'll try doing exercise atleast for 10 min.

    Hey All,

    I am in for the challenge . I have already started gym ... but doing only treadmill n cycling.
    My current weight : 143 pounds
    Target weight : 120 pounds

    I am trying to have lots and lots of fruits and avoiding deep fried food and rice.
    Doing some indoor exercises too.
    I want to achieve my target weight.
    I will.

    Keep motivating me ladiess...

    Count me in.I am not for that drinking plenty water though.Never worked for me.
    I will be reducing 5 kg.My current weight 62 kg.
    I will be walking today approximately 5 km in one our.I am just going out for it.
