    BF- 2 dosa, garbanzo curry, 1 cup tea
    MM- 1/2 banana
    lunch-2 phulka, tomato raita, tofu-capsicum oven roasted
    eve- 1 ww toast,400 ml green tea
    night-lettuce pasta salad

    B: cornmeal idli + radish chutney + 1 sp sakkarai pongal (sweet pongal)
    L: curd rice + baby potato roast + 2 sp rasam
    E: tea
    D: cornmeal idli upma + radish chutney

    even i was like that. But slowly reduced that habit and now only once a day, early morning. You also try to reduce it.

    Dinner - mixed veg broken wheat upma, 2 spoons curd, 1.2 spoon pickle

    water - more than 2 ltrs

    exercise - 4 miles ls walk
