    @Anusarama: Welcome to IL - your diet seems good - try increasing your intake of vegetable and beans and decrease your intake of chapathi's and toast and drink 2-3L of water every day. You can post your daily intake and exercise here.

    Hi all,

    Can I please join you. I have to loose 20Kgs. I am 82.5 KGS.

    Goal 1 : End of June Wanna loose 1kg

    My update will start from now..
    Starting with evening exercise of 1hour.
    Every days diet and exercise I will update by the end of the day..

    Hi All, Im a new bee to IL. I desperately want to loose my weight. Im 86kg now and 5.5" tall.
    My marriage is in this November 2013. Before which i want to loose atleast a considerable weight to see some diff in my physique. :spin
    Im working in IT, travelling and working makes me very tired, leaving me with no time for exercise and no stamina for dieting. Im depressed of all this.
    Pls help me :drowning

    Im so happy for you all, i started this thread and yet havent been able to do anything instead my weight has increased to 94kg.......its even more depressing now

    Been some time since I have rplied to this thread as being very busy, but thought I would update you all with my weight. I am now 79kg, there was a time last month when I was around 76kg, but then I started pigging out! Need to start my diet again religiously and aim for 68kg.
