    Dear Anu,

    Motivation is the biggest factor in weight loss. I started in may 2011 and I was totally lost from where to start and then I took help from shiva blog and she gave me a starting thread.. For first week I religiously went for walk for 30 min and I include more fruits and veges in diet ..believe me girl it was dam difficult but after a week my weight dropped by 500 gms... I could not believe and that moment is still fresh in my memory...
    Get highly motivated.... With motivation you can achieve anything.....more then exercise, it is our food we should concentrate more..

    I used to eat when I was really hungry. The biggest mistake I am doing now I am eating what is on table not what is required...

    Please count me in. I am planning to do SBD with Manju. I will post from Monday. I am thinking of weighing myself on Monday........don't want to see a HUGE number today
