    i am back too..my son is still in summer hols so couldnt exercise more but going for 3.5-4 miles walk per day and trying to manage my diet..but weekends very bad diet...special food so couldnt resist.. :(

    But i managed my weigh but no loss for this month..till sep 3 i will not be able to update properly..after that i must be regular...

    Started to play badminton for an hour too..lets see how it goes..

    I had guests and I was at my husband's native place for the last few weeks. I did went for walks and tried to maintain food intake ( did cheat on snacks though). I will continue update from tomorrow.

    my second dd not keeping well... dysentery, viral infection. Hence am not able to follow anything for me specifically. Have been eating rice since wednesday however no overeating. Hopefully she should be fine soon. will keep you posted.

    hi friend,
    for weight loss, I find a new formula,i am making one night of the week as a "salad day", on that day I only eat salad i.e lettuce,red cabbage,apinach,mashroom with some olive garden dressing(it actually test so good),

    similarly one night as soup day, and one as fruits day,in this way I am maintain consistency,

    hope I helped my frinds in some way..
