    sharmila, i cant burn more than 800cals per day, yesterday i spit into two workouts and i did HIIT(high intensity interval training on treadmill)

    my daily speed 4.3 incline 4, if i dont reach 800 cals in 80mins.. i increase the speed

    June 21

    Water 2lits
    BF:2 oats dosa
    snacks 3 marie biscuit
    L:3 wheat dosa with sambar
    snack 1 ulunthavadai( had it in a marriage function)
    D:2 dosa+1 bowl of beans fry

    successfully i completed my 1 week no rice diet.....

    Exercise:50 burpee+25 leg lifts

    21june update
    breakfast pinapple 2 slices
    lunch 2 rotis,daal,cabbage peas and rice too,raita
    evening tea ,pakoris
    dinner 1 roti and beans potato curry
    from 2 days kind of demotivated but will pull myself from tomm.
    this has been my problem always . whenever I dont s results I become demotivated and start loosing the diet or work out. today too no exercise only the routine house work.
    no points for me.

    Dear All - I have lost 200gms when compared to last week! very less know...pcos and my body nature doesnt allow me to loose more.

    12th June - 63.7
    19th June - 63.5

    Dear all - Today morning , along with walk added slow jogging as well... i would have joged for 10 - 15 mts, not continuously but in breaks.

    Diet - was not bad and not good though!

    Thanks Anu... We have sold our old treadmill. Going to get a new one with the advanced options today...

    I will try it out and let you know how much calories I could burn in 30 mins..
