    hello Ladies.

    17/05/13 updates.

    Exercise: Ls walk 5 mile
    Could not do evening walk as I am down with sinus and headache.

    Diet:

    Meal 1- milk
    Meal 2- a bowl of maggi and tea.
    Meal 3- green tea and 2 pieces of mango.
    Meal 4-Khichdi with minimal rice, good amount of dal dal and veggies along with raitha.
    Meal 5- tea
    Meal 6-5 pieces of sauteed panner, 2 spoons of raitha and green tea.

    water intake 4 liters.

    Thanx dear.

    Meal 1- between 5 to 5:30a.m.
    meal 2- between 7:30 to 8 a.m.
    Meal 3_ between 10:00 to 10:30 a.m.
    meal 4- between 1: 00 to 1:30p.m.
    Meal 5- between 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.
    meal 6- between 7:30 to 8:00 p.m.

    My weight today : 72.2 Kgs .

    Will put all my efforts today to bring my weight below 72 tomorrow . :-D .
