    last week only I was not here.. I was emotionally down as so many things going on with my closed ones.. so.. now I'm here.. :)

    I am housewife Mathi... i am too eager to reduce a good amount of weight before April 29 as its our 13th wedding day. i want it to be special. I do Ls walk in groups so its easy for me to complete.

    Updates for 21/03
    -----------------
    BF: 2 bananas
    MM:1 glass of Milk
    LU: 2 banana + 2 bowl of curd
    SM:1 cup Milk + tea
    DI :1 banana + soup + handful of nuts

    No workout as got some guests at home.
    3 lt water.

    Early morning warm water
    bf egg dosa
    mm junk ( chips in park)
    Lunch arabic mix grilled plater with bread and hummus + salad( i ate well today, i was waiting for this day:))
    Dinner- home made protein shake with 2 tsp health mix

    water around 2 litres

    walking in park more than hour

    overall it was a great day with family... But food i had little more in quantity but under my calorie budget...

    This month i lost then gained some weight again in process of losing.... Will update on 26th morning will 10 days since i started my weightloss journey...

    March 21 updates
    ---------------------
    400ml warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 blueberry-wheat pancakes
    MM: 1 cup warm milk with no sugar
    Lunch: 2 whole wheat roti with dal fry
    MA: pear fruit and green tea
    Dinner: Moong sprouts-cucumber salad and buttermilk

    Workout:
    -----------------
    2.5miles walk with LS
    20mins fitness blender

    Bf : 1 toast + jelly + coffee
    Snack : 1 more coffee + nut clusters
    Lunch : brown rice + ash gourd + dal
    Snack : tea + 1 1/2 garlic bread
    Dinner : milk + whey protein

    No exercise. Did grocery shopping after work, cooking and then got lazy to walk. Have to do more tomorrow.

    i could'nt continue with my travel.i don't know anyone faced this type of problem.my start weight was 145 lb..later reduced to 137lb.but never seen any much difference in my figure only a little.but now gained back my lost weight ,inspite of some diets.yes right now i'm 144 lb.but seeing a lot of different in figure ..????...so measured myself .have reduced 2 inches in my waist,tummy ,hip .what's happening on me ???.help me in this query?and sorry to discontinue this march travel because of this weight gain issue.will come once i loose my gained weight.
