    Vidya, sorry I didn't update. I gained another lb this week inspite of workouts and good diet. I feel so miserable with this pcos and wacky hormones. I was so down last two days, but feel ok now.

    2 bread slice and 1 egg and tea
    1 small orange
    1 boiled sweet potato
    tea and an orange
    1 cup quinoa with dal and rasam

    30 min treadmil
    arm extension and front rise with dumbell
    gluten kick back
    (200/1500 kcal)

    My update today

    Morning - 1 grape fruit
    B/ f 1 bowl smoothie
    Break 1 cup tea
    1 apple + 4 satsumas
    Lunch - 1 seeded bread slice with dal makhani + 1/4 cup Greek style yoghurt
    Break - 1 cup warm water with honey and lemon + handful of sry roasted peanuts
    Dinner 4 dates + 4 almonds + 4 prunes+ 1/2 cup poha

    Exercise
    200 kcal cross trainer

    BF: 4 sppons of vangi bath.
    MB:fruit+green tea
    Lunch:water melon
    MB:coffee
    Evening: baked veggies
    MB:lemon juice w/o sugar
    Dinner: kellogs/Chapathi

    Exerc:LS walk 3miles+ Boot camp exercise(sprained my ankle so did it all lite)
    Water:3 ltrs.

    But getting scared that I mite not in spite of 1 hour work out everyday. 3 ltr water.and 1 Fruit :thumbsdown:crazy:spin

    sorry vidhya and my partner sheshin...i could'nt continue with my travel.i don't know anyone faced this type of problem.my start weight was 145 lb..later reduced to 137lb.but never seen any much difference in my figure only a little.but now gained back my lost weight ,inspite of some diets.yes right now i'm 144 lb.but seeing a lot of different in figure ..????...so measured myself .have reduced 2 inches in my waist,tummy ,hip .what's happening on me ???.help me in this query?and sorry to discontinue this march travel because of this weight gain issue.will come once i loose my gained weight.

    Afternoon
    One small cup of khichdi, one cup of kala chana boiled and roasted
    5-7 pieces of honeydew melon
    Evening
    Mediterranean food, chicken kabob and little rice
    3 soaked almonds
    Green tea one spoon sugar
