Coriander leaves freeze very well without losing fragrance.
Chop off roots, wash well, chop and drain in a slotted basket- treat like any green vegetable such as spinach. Once water drips off, put in airtight plastic container and place in freezer. Break off pieces for use whenever needed, and put back the rest in freezer. It stays good even for months. A bit of extra work on the day you by it, but very convenient otherwise.

On the other hand, curry leaves lose all fragrance when frozen. Better to allow them to dry out in the fridge itself.

First remove the roots and let them dry for few minutes and wrap the coriander in aluminum foil and keep in fridge...The coriander will remain fresh for good 2 weeks....I am using this method for last 2 yrs, pls do try this...

I store it in the Refrigerator bags, after removing the roots and the wilted ones. It remains fresh fro more than a week. Same way I do for curry leaves and pudhina.

In a plastic box first put a tissue paper, then separate curry leaves from the stem put on top of the tissue and again cover with a tissue at last and close it to store in refrigerator. This has kept it fresh for 2 weeks and more.
