Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 28th Feb

    Yes vidhya,
    went back to my initial weight of feb month!
    I felt so bad to say this, but this is the truth dear!

    Next week, I dont want to say this! Hope I will work for that!

    Hey my lovely partners and all frens ..

    Yesterday I was on fast .. so did nt have much energy .. so all I had -

    7 :45 am - 1 banana + 1 peda ;
    10:30 - 1 peda ;
    12 pm - 1 kinoo ;
    1 pm - 1 date ;
    2:45 pm - 4 rotis + 1 bowls dahi ;
    5 pm - 1 peda
    8: 30 pm -1 banana

    I should have avoided atleast 1 peda ..having banana so late ..

    Challenges update -

    5 hrs leisure walking/week - 15 min walk
    2 litres water/day - DONE
    20-30 min exercise daily - NOT DONE
    climb 8 floors atleast 6 times in week- NOT DONE

    I will do much better today ..did exercise in morning .. already had 1 litre water ..

    Hey Vidhya ..adding one more challenge -

    5 hrs leisure walking/week

    20-30 min exercise daily
    climb 8 floors atleast 6 times in week
    7 time green tea/week

    What do you say dear ? Hey vidhya . you are a real star.. so much appreciate in consolidating the data ..

    Hi Friends,
    todays diet
    empty stomach 1 ltr water

    breakfast cereals+fat free milk(somehow today i over ate the food)
    water 1ltr

    lunch 1 roti+curry+2 cups curd fat free

    water 1ltr

    snack cashews(am going to avoid from tommorow)+3 dates+ 2 oranges

    dinner 1 slice whole wheat bread (50cals) + 3 spoons of ketchup

    water 3 ltrs

    exerice 65mins=3.7mles=525 cals

    few tummy exercises

    so far i tried to be back on my track.. am gonna follow very strict

    girls i want to tone my arms.. how many lbs dumbels should i buy?
