Buddies Required!!! Lose 3kgs by 31st Jan

    My Challenges
    1) Consume 2+ Litres water everyday
    Consumed 3 litres in the form of buttermilk.

    2) Minimum 1 set (20 times) of 5 workouts everyday for 7 days
    Alternate Toe touching
    Front Toe touching
    squats
    aircycling
    3 more abs exercise(Unable to explain them :p)

    3) Climb 4 floors up and down for 7 days
    Unable to climb 4 floors since today didn't get a chance to visit any big buildings!!
    So climbed 1 floor 6 times up and down

    4) 1 Fruit (or/and) veggie day in a week
    Still Pending

    5) Do 3 asanas to reduce belly everyday for 7 days

    Bhujangasana,Balasana,Marjarasana


    Additionally... Walked 10,000 steps today..!!! Done Leisure Walking for 30 mins!!!


    Played shuttle for 30 mins!!!!

    7) Do 50 miles in 7 days

    ) Consume 2+ Litres water everyday

    4) 35 sets suryanamaskar in 7 days (avg - 5 sets per day)

    6) Burn 1500 kcal in 7 days

    9) Climb 4 floors up and down for 7 days

    Ladies:
    Jan 1st

    BF: Oats with 1% milk with raisins and few almonds
    9pm: very little coffee because of headache
    snack: egg
    lunch: Raisin bran crereal with 1% milk
    snack: laddo made with dry nuts Plus very little coffee
    dinner: sambar + tofu curry

    1) 2 lts of water
    2) no rice today
    3) ate before 8pm
    4)didn't get time to workout becuase both the kids are sick and need to take care of them....

    just casual walk in home for 20 mins...
