    Walk :: LS 2 mile + 30 min walk

    do that??? is it walking or cycling? plz tell me!
    i cant even do 2 miles teadmill.
    but its really great to do 12.4 miles

    My updates for Dec 6..

    Food:
    Bfast - 1 cup coffee and 4 good day biscuits
    Lunch - No lunch
    Evening - Pav bhaji
    Dinner - Rasam rice with tomato thokku.
    Also, had a chocolate ystdy.

    Exercise - just 20 min of LS. No mood to exercise.
    On the whole a bad day...

    Water - 5 glasses ​

    Day 1 ----> 4th DEC ---- 350 kcal

    30 mins cycling - 15 km (9.3 miles) --- 225 kcal
    5 mins treadmill - 0.5 mile --- 30 kcal
    4 mins elliptical - 0.3 mile --- 15 kcal
    12 mins cycling - 6 km (3.7 miles) --- 90 kcal

    Day 2 ----> 5th DEC ----> Nil

    Day 3 ----> 6th DEC ----> 320 kcal

    15 mins treadmill ---> 131 kcal
    26 mins cycling ---> 189 kcal

    Day 4 ---> 7th DEC ---> Nil

    Total till date ----> 670 kcal

    Need to do 630 kcal in 3 more days!!! Lets see!!!
    Due to more work unable to hit gym regularly!!! :-(

    Day 5 ---> 8th DEC

    Day 6 ---> 9th DEC

    Day 7 ---> 10th DEC
