    Morning - tea,biscuit
    Breakfast - mausami juice, brown bread toast (aalu gobhi)
    lunch - 1 bowl chhole-rice,yogurt
    snack - cold coffee
    evening - rice-jaggery, tea

    Breakfast : 4 idlies
    mid day - bread toast filled with cabbage
    lunch - dhokla
    dineer- 2 oats dosa
    1 hr walk (30 min in morning and 30 in evening)

    Its already been one week since i controlled my diet and started walking for 1 hr a day, but there is no difference in the scales at all. It still shows 65kg

    Please help me what should i do i am really worried :bonk

    reduce idli intake 2
    increase water
    drink 1 ltr water on empty stomach(start slowly with 1 glass and increase it to 1 ltr u will get used to it)
    good that ur walking.. r u sweating (sweating is imp that ur buning ur calories intake)
    try to eat ur dinner before 7
    try this for 1 week

    u will definately see difference

    chai+3bis
    2 dosas+chutney+2 egg whites
    1 ltr water
    lunch 2 chappatis+curry
    1 ltr water
    3 dates
    2 breaadsliceS+cabbage salad
    1 ltr wter

    water intake 4ltrs
    exercise 30mins 300 cals

    August 7 update:-
    Diet morning cup of ovaltine, lunch 4 dosa with sambar and dinner had fruits.
    Snacks had 15 pistachios and some cherry.
    Exercise:-
    2 miles walking.

    Diet:-
    Morning cup of ovaltine and lunch 5 chapathis( feeling very hungry) with kurma and dinner will be dosa.
    Snacks i had pistachios and cherries.
    Exercise:-
    Will go for 20 minutes leisure walk.

    Breakfast : 3 dosa.

    Lunch Planning to have dalia upma with dal.

    Sorry i m not feeling well. Will be back by tomorrow. I didnt follow strict diet. but i have avoided all fried items.

    my aug 8 th diet
    mor 1 ltr water
    bf chai+3 biscuits
    dosa+chutney
    2 chappatis+curry
    1 ltr water
    2 bread slices whole wheat with ketchup
    salad

    cals burned 800 for 80 mins walked for 5 miles
    water intake 2 ltrs(dnt do good on water part)

    Hi All,

    Am in.

    1. what foods are you going to avoid from your everyday diet?

    I avoid rice, sweets and fried stuff during weekdays completely...yes during weekends I end up consuming some sweet or junk food...but in small portion.

    2. what is your way of working out?do you walk in the park,walk on treadmill at home or go for gymming or some dance? If you dont work-out are you willing to do minimum of 20min walk?

    1 hr of treadmill and 15 minutes of stepper exercise

    3. for 1 month,what is that one bad thing you will completely shun from your diet?

    I will have it but in small quantity...

    4. what fruits are you going to rely on in order to fill you up with fibre and lose weight?
    papaya, apple, grapes, orange, berries
