    aug 4th diet
    empty stoach 1 ltr water
    breakfast
    2 egg whites+chai/bis
    2 dosas with chutney
    mid day
    1 ltr water
    lunch
    2 chappatis+curd+curry
    eve
    1 ltr water
    dinner
    1 chappati+fat free cottage cheese+curry
    1 ltr water

    total intake of water 4ltrs
    walked for 5 miles
    80 mins = 800 cals
    start weight = 171
    today weight = 169.8
    next weight update on 18th of aug

    am ready for sunday challenge i will update u my diet tomorrow

    August 4 diet:-
    Had ovaltine in the morning and dosa for lunch.
    Evening went out for dinner so had feast.
    No exercises.

    Ausust 5 diet:-
    Had ovaltine and dosa for lunch.
    Will have cherries and peaches for dinner.
    Again no exercises today.
    Will be regular from tomorrow.

    Sat - same as i followed on friday
    sunday - i had fasting so only fruits
    Today - no specific diet as i came office early. I didnt prepare anything need to have chappathi for lunch and juice or fruit at evening.

    Will be back to diet from tomorrow

    I have not been feeling well for sometime now. hence not been exercizing at all. i plan to start back to watching my food from today, although no exercize.

    morningbreakfast

    2 dosa with pickle, 1 cup coffee

    mid mornng
    1 cup cofffee, 4 marie biscuits

    lunch

    3 chapatis - curry, dal and buttermilk

    snack

    1 cup coffee, murmura

    dinner
    rice/rasam(usually it is 2 chapatis but i have cold/cough, dont feel like having chapathi)

    no exercize.. hopefully tomorrow

    great going Anuvedha,Srilathab,Anu1215 ,Deepara,Glow mom,Pinky6,Llavanya...where are the others?So i guess we are a total of 8 members for the rest of August.

    Since we are about to finish the first week, pls share how your 1st week has been?did you really stick to your plans?
    for me,i didnt stick to my diet infact i was hardly in control.but ive got to promise myself to eat healthy throughout the next week.lets stay focussed!

    SUNDAY-

    breakfast - 1 aalu parantha , tea
    snack - 1 pear
    lunch - large pizza
    evening - tea
    dinner - 1 bowl sweet

    MONDAY -

    morning - tea, 1tsp arbi veg
    Brunch - veg uttapam (v heavy) , 1 gulabjamun
    evening - tea , 2 biscuits, 1 brown bread-ketchup ,handful of roasted bajra
    dinner - 1 raw bottle gourd, 2 cookies

    workout - 1 hr

    Ate salad/fruits/4tandoori chicken/2tbsp of rice with chicken curry
    /chicken curry / dessert fruits with a 2spoons of mango custard
    At least I was not tempted with all dishesy frnds were eating
    Eve
    Tea bis
    Dinner
    1 chappati/curry /ff cottage cheese
    2ltrs water

    Total intake of water 4ltrs
    Exercise for 5o mins 554 cals burned
    For 4 Miles's

    I drop love
    I think dnt make it up for Sunday challenge hope I will do
    Gud for next Sunday

    hi Anu1215,
    even i could not stick to the Sunday challenge but ive decided to still write my sunday diet on all the sundays so that i can look back and see what i usually do with my body on sunday.
    i will be better on next sunday hopefully. :)
