I have a vaccum cleaner which i very rarely use and am planning to get it disposed off. But i thought i should check out how people are using it and maybe put it to use myself.
I used it sometimes for cleaning cobwebs, but found that it was faster with broom. Also my house gets small cobwebs along the corners which is easier with broom than with vaccum. Other than cobwebs i havent used the vaccum cleaner for anything else.
Let me know what you use it for.
    Thanks!

eureka forbes wet and dry is useful . We neednt broom the house at all.. it can be used for mopping directly. It cleans very well. I have started using it on alternate days. which means i clean the house only on alternate days :D

I have a small hand held rechargable vaccum cleaner, that i use on my netlon, curtain blinds every week, easy, small and gives me the freedom to carry it being wireless, the electronic nooks/crevices like my keyboard.. and comes in handy when i clean the dust in the wardrobes..and also under the modular kitchen inner grooves..

i also have a panasonic bigger one, that i use when i need to clean rugs, cobwebs..but there are days when i feel broom is quicker...

i have heard good reviews about the new one for eureka..but for the time being i am off them..feel better without loading more electrical appliances at home...

    Shanvy,

which brand and model is your hand held rechargeable vaccuum cleaner? that sounds a useful piece rather than the bulky ones.

and amnilakshmi - whats the cost of the wet and dry model?

I have this fenesta window that slides..so i keep vacuuming those gaps for keeping them working smooth.. and it does work for that..if your grill has more dust, vacuum does not help..but a paint brush definitely helps.
