Three Months Weight Loss Challenge (Starting on Ugadhi) March 23rd - June 30th

    iam feeling so tired today..........2days update.....
    6:30 am- 20 mins breathing exercise with lemon & lukewarm water
    7:45 am- 1 banana
    8:00 am- 1 glass milk with 5 almonds
    10:30 am- 1 cup tea
    11:30 am- fruits
    12:00 - 1 cup ice-cream
    3:30 pm- some groundnuts and gorgon nuts with a glass chiku shake
    5:30 pm- 1 cup green tea
    6:00 pm- 40 mins walk
    8:00 pm- 3 small chapatis with veges and curd was so hungry due to fasting

    I just reduced then quantity of food intake with 1 hr walking along with my kid and I already lost 1kg in 5 days.I wish you all people to win in our aim..

    Looks like I'm a little late to the party :) But, would love to join you guys. I'll chart out my diet plan (thanks to the wonderful tips that everyone has provided in the thread) tomorrow and work towards losing at least 6 kgs in the next 3 months. Thanks all for inspiration that through your regular updates on diet and weight loss.

    7.00 1 cup cornflakes+1 cup milk+1/2 apple+ 4 almonds
    8.00 1 cup tea with milk and sugar
    10.30 sesame seeds sweet and coconut sweet( treat at office)
    12.30 2 chapati wiht curry and 1/2 cup rice
    3.30 1 cup of coffee wiht maska chaska biscutes-4
    7.00 kadle puri girmit
    9.00 1/2 apple

    8.30 1 cup tea wiht sugar and milk+ 1 fruit bun
    10.30 lemon slice cake
    12.30 2 chapati wiht curry and 1/2 cup rice
    3.30 green tea
    8.00 1 chapati wiht curry and little rice

    8.00 warm water
    9.00 tea with milk and sugar+ 3 biscutes
    10.30 daal adai + bell pepper chutney
    2.00 1 chapati wiht daal + 1 cup rice+ yogurt
    7.00 flavoured milk
    10.00 1 kerala paratha wiht daal+ 1/2 cup rice

    7.30 2 brown bread wiht peanutbutter
    8.00 tea with milk and butter
    12.00 1/4 apple
    12.30 ragi mudde+ saaru+ kosumbari+ rice+ butter milk
    5.30 1/4 apple

    9.00 1 chapati with curry+ 1/2 cup rice

    Hi all
    this thread is really working very well
    as far i am trying to control my cravings and trying to avoid fried foods , sweets etc
    from today april 1
    i want to make some changes
    1. to avoid rice in the evening
    2. to increase timing of exercise
    3 5 sets of suryanamaskara
    4 reduce intake of chapati form 2 to 1
    hope to loose 2-3 kgs this month

    Hi,

    Suggestion for you diet

    NO biscuits for 3months would be better after that you can take 3 biscuits in a day
    cucumber try totake in afternoon
    And instead of curd take buttermilk with more water thin buttermilk

    I am too upset still weighing the same..68kg........was on fast from 2days....... was eaten ice-creams i think due to that......:rotflfeeling so tired.........my working hours are increasing from tomorrow couldn't know i will able to do exercise or not..........

    I can see some change in my inches...but not much change in pounds except 1lb.But I feel very light...whooooooo
