    Head to toe: My understanding is the touching the toes with your hand without bending the knees..basic one

    Day 4: Bad day,,no workout as I got busy with rearranging the house !!

    it is sitting on the floor , with your legs stretched in front, and touching your toes with your hands,while your head almost touches.... and not recommended to people who have had tummy surgeries unless green signal given by your doctor.

    Thanks Shanvy. I was assuming the bend downs to be head to toe touches..oops

    Day 5: 4 miles running , 100 bend downs, few crunches

    Hi I want to join here too. My aim is to have conistency in many things along with healthy weight loss I want to do it for 40 days i.e starting from today till 25th Feb. 1. I am expecting to loose 4kg by 25th Feb. My current weight is 81 kg. 2. Doing house work i.e mopping cleaning dusting and cooking for the day should get finished by 1.00 in the afternoon.3. Following self care (head to toe) routine.

    Hi rmpriya,,
    Even Im very much intersted in losing my weight and thought this thread would be great and helpful. And Im very amazed by seeing the reduction of weight you have done, by seeing the meter hich displays below. Really its great to have such a good determination and will power to loose weight.. You inspired me. I will start with my weigh reduction exercise today. can yoy suggest me what should I start will, I do regular yoga apart form that to reduce weight what can be done.. :) :) Thank you :)

    Last Friday evening did 3 miles...couldn't workout over the weekend since guests arrived for the festival...all the time has gone in cooking.

    Morning today did 2 km walking and evening planning to do 3 miles.
