    Ladies I have lost a pound today and 2 pounds this week. These were so tough to come off, but all thanks to Leslie's walking workouts and motivation I received from all my fitness buddies.:thumbsup

    When I was doing Jillian's workouts dedicatedly, sometimes I would be so tired with her workouts that I would skip them and do nothing else, thinking that I wouldnt get the same pleasure by doing low intensity workouts. Then slowly I added Leslie's walks instead of doing nothing and now I get a good boost by doing her walks.
    Do atleast a mile today. I'll keep a watch on you! :thumbsup

    Yeah, I started off greatly, but went pusskk..

    I will do this evening and if possible will try and do it every evening..I actually like Leslie's walks.
    I can include my year old over enthusiatic son too :)

    My weight was not budging. Only thing different I did was I drank lots and lots of water in the past week and ate sprouts for each meal. Also I have started eating in smaller plates. :)I need all the motivation to keep it moving further.. Thank you :thumbsup

    Alpa,

    I exercise only at home. I generally do pilates,crunches,pushups,little weights, thigh and leg exercises. Now I have added some outdoor and Leslie walking. Also started today - Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Seems to have some impact.feeling lighter than usual.

    I was not a regular exerciser before and would eat heavy meals in the night. I have started fixing the problems slowly.
