    Dear revathy,

    Wow, thats a quick reply.

Until and unless its a home made vegetable juice ditch the juice. Make your dosa with less oil and its a good idea to have your dosa and idlies it with sambhar.

Please eat something at 11. An apple is fine enough.

How much rice ??? Check this out.

Know Your Calories - Rice - IndusLadies

How many biscuits and what type of biscuits. 2 marie biscuits are good enough and so are 2 digestives. Fruits are always better than biscuits.

Ofcourse you will be hungry at this time. You haven't eaten anything proper since 1:30. SO, you are bound to break at this point. This will make your dinner very heavy which in turn will make you gain weight.

You should have a nice fulfilling dinner at 7 and then you can have soup by 9 or 10.

Can you change your evening eating pattern, like eating a good meal around 7 and then opting for soups at night. Let me know??

Please take up walking. For the first week do it for 30 minutes 6 days a week and then increase the time to 45 minutes.

    Keep me posted.

    Have a great day ahead.

    regards

    Hi Shiva,

How are you doing? I am slowly catching up on this thread after a long time.

Btw, why do you say "why eat Oats"? Here is why according to me,

Oatmeal is a miracle food. Studies show that it lowers cholesterol and reduces the risk of heat disease and type 2 diabetes. It contains loads of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. A single packet of oatmeal contains only about 150 calories and has 3 grams of dietary fiber. Most all varieties of instant oatmeal can be prepared in the microwave oven in a matter of seconds. And for those really short on time, here's a secret: you can drizzle really hot tap water over instant oatmeal and have a warm and soothing breakfast in 5 seconds.

Oats are too good for health.Personally, I would love to eat oats for breakfast every day. And it is quite delicious too , if prepared correctly and its also very quick to prepare. There is no need to run away from Oats actually.
