    I dont have any tips for you Shruthi. Is it possible for you to hire a personal trainer few hours per month to monitor your style? When you say fat - Do you mean measurement wise or you mean they done tone?

    Hello everyone - Hope weekend was good. I lost a pound last week. Not too pleased but then I wasnt eating right anyways

    Monday - Should have been 50 mins core class, but I got late:(( I did 30 mins CT + 20 mins arms and abs

    Hi, I don't how to say, they just look odd. I don't know if its swelling. If I stop doing the exercise for some days. They look normal again.

    Hi everybody...
    since i had my work in Mumbai;stayed in a hotel with a good gym facility.
    Used to workout in the treadmill for minimum 40 minutes everyday.

    i want to go to the gym for atleast 3 times a week..Last week was so busy house hunting.

    I hope i can go today..planning to run on the treadmill for 30mins

    and if there is any classes,thinking of going for that as well

    Did a 35 minute walk covering 3.2 kms this morning.Got to start my toning workouts too.

    Havent been doing too well this week in terms of getting up early and leaving the house. The LO cries and I miss her so much

    Monday - Should have been 50 mins core class, but I got late:(( I did 30 mins CT + 20 mins arms and abs
    Monday -30 mins CT + 5 mins arms and abs
    Wednesday - Nothing. GuilT:(( and ate chocolateS too, missed my core class too
    Thursday- 30 mins CT + 15 mins arms and abs

    Got my periods and pain is slightly too much so iam taking it easy.Gave a break yesterday.This morning went for a good 30 minutes walk.

    At last my periods are over...
    Walked from moderate to brisk pace for about 45 minutes this morning.
    Got to start the body conditioning workout from this evening.

    Hi...
    I started my body conditioning workout by doing 2 segments from Namaste yoga series[power yoga].

    Instead of 1 i did 2.Each workout consists of a warm up,then 12 minute dynamic segment and cooldown with shavaasana.
    I did 12 minute sun-moon series and 12 minute fire bird sequence which gave me 24 minute segment.
