Support group for losing weight

    or at slanted uphill level to burn those caloreis.

    HI Jaishree,

    I daily run for 20min on trademil then in between I do cycling and stepper for 10+10 min then in the end wrap up with the running on trademill for one more 20 min.

    So overall I workout for 1hour 15 min....even on weekend I am working out.

    One and half month back I was 156lbs and now I am 146lbs. My target is 120lbs....so for me,26lbs has to go...

    I can't diet...if I diet...I think I eat more and more junk...so MY VERSION OF LOSING WEIGHT is to do more and more exercise. I have seen results so I like to continue this.

    Now a days i walk for 20 min on treadmill in past i was never able to do more than 10 mts ,& after one or two wks used to loose the enthuasism. Now i d two spells one in morning & one in evening. Lets see how long i can continue.

    Hey Vaidehi

    As per your suggestion i will give it a try again. Do i need to just dip 2 tea spoons of methi seeds in warm water and drink it or do i need to dip them over night?

    Can you suggest me on my diet, please:

    as per now, this is my diet:

    Break fast- Protein shake;
    Lunch- 3/4th cup oats and 3/4th cup salad;
    Evening snack- sprouts;
    Dinner- 2 chapathis with any curry;
    9.30- 1/2 or 1 apple;

    I am burning daily 425 calories.

    Please give me your suggestiond . I need to lose 20 kgs.

    You have company....i need to reduce 15 kilos too.u r diet plan sounds good.i started on it day-2 now.so far so good.thx for sharing it with us. i have been reading all ur posts,they r all good i like u.

    can you give us out your daily menu for 1400cal and how do you manage by not repeating it?

    Dear ILites,

    Weight reduction was a problem for me in Melbourne as I was eating junk food from restaurants. I tried exercises and diet control and they did not help me much. At that time my fellow Australian colleague suggested taking Chinese Green leaf tea. I started taking and it did help me. The pants which had become tight in the waist, got loosened and easy to wear and I lost more than 10 Kgs. Only problem was that the tea increases bowl movements initially. So, I started during a weekend to avoid embarrassment in office.:-D

    hi ladies,
    I am with u ,since my last second child was born(c-sec )i gained a lot of unwanted weight.I am struggling but i am a big faliure,till now i was bugging my hubby to buy me exercising gear,but now he had bought me a treadmill,stationery bike and an ab-king.i dont have will power nor commitment to exercise,i am a lazy couch potato.......i need ur help.
