    Another 5 Days- and we have reached a milestone of our first challenge of the new year to Get in Shape!

    Hope you all are following this with the same enthusiasm, with which you started the competition! If not, do it for another 5 days, and see the difference in your fitness levels.

    Here's a tip for those who relish orange juice:
    "Water mixed with fructose suppresses the appetite better than glucose with water or diet drinks. Drink a glass of orange juice, one half to an hour before a meal."

    Good luck and stay on track. Take your BMI once again before Jan 31st to score more.
