    Yes that is right. All participants are now allowed to take their BMI once again to determine your success in reaching your ideal weight, whether you are trying to gain weight, or lose weight. You may take this any time from Jan 25th till Jan 31st. The same has to be posted to this thread by Feb. 3rd to contribute towards your total score.

    Are you gobbling down your food?

    Here is an interesting tip for all those who are striving hard to Get in Shape for 2010:

    "Ask yourself if you really tasted and enjoyed that last bite of food. If your answer is no, it's time to slow down and savor each bite. Take your time and enjoy eating. If you eat too fast, your stomach will be full long before the message to stop chewing down reaches your brain."

    Hello friends

    Get into Shape 2010 -yes that is right as far as I am concerned. I have or am getting into "shape" because I seem to have put on 1kg in the last couple of weeks :). I am not sure what happened. I have been eating more sensible (of course I have had my share of sweets in between but nothing over board) and in fact I have been more regular with physical activity, going for walks everyday. Is it just water retention or something else, I do not know. Anyways it has not disheartened me. Is there anybody who has put on some weight in the last couple of weeks or so???

    But this Get into shape 2010 exercise has been really good so far.
