    May 2 : 2 mile ( 1 hr regular walk)

    May 5: 3.5 mile (2 mile LS walk, BBM day1, 15 min regular walk)
    May 6: 3 mile (2 mile LS walk, BBM day2)
    May 7: 5mile (BBM day 3 & 4, LS walk 3mile)

    May 10: 6 mile walk
    May 11: Nil
    May 12: 1 mile walk

    No dear we are not using pedometer (don't know if anyone using here) you can count 20 min fast walk as 1 mile .
