    tips to reduce weight
    - have green tea added wit honey/jaggery(palm)
    -avoid milk and sugar
    -have low calorie foods
    -do ur exercise wit enthu coz it ill give more enjoyment to do more and more so u can reduce ur weight as soon as possible.

    hi guys

    - jus mix 2 teaspoons of honey in warm water @ empty stomach. it will help to reduce weight
    - in that u can add few drops of lemon also
    - don take sugar for ur juices if u need sweet taste u can add honey as u required.

    guys..

    b4 going to gym..jus think u cant able to reduce ur weight. ur muscles will get fit if u r going to gym. if u do some yoga and exercise it helps to reduce ur weight.

    practically i noticed

    i know yoga and i went to gym also

    I read u r post ...i think u know yoga ...can you do share some yoga postures which helps to reduce weight of tummy please...Because i want to reduce the stubborn fat at my tummy region....waitingsmiley

    Ladies, I am back

    Went to Bangkok for an official trip. It was a 1 week trip though. I had no choice, but to accept whatever the 5 star hotel buffet had. The varieties were too buttery and oily though, but I did enjoy some nice and healthy foods throughout the week/end

    I made sure that I drink 3-4 cups of green tea daily, had more juices, fruits,walked nearly 1-2 hrs in the evening for shopping, and avoided rice as much as I could. But I ended up drinking coke, and McDonnell's meals at night (not daily though), and also with some mouthful Thai sweets as deserts.

    So, overall it was a mixture and I am yet to weigh myself. By looking myself, I look a little slim, but with a reasonable (can see) a tummy. That's the difference for now. Thanks to Thailand

    Since its been a month to Gym,Checked my weight today
    2kgs down from my static.Hard to believe,but its true.
    I'm so happy and from today onward new workout chart.:queen

    Summer is scorching by early hrs itself and I'm [​IMG]
    No one in Gym sweat like me.Gulping liters of water in between.
    Exhausting!!!!!!!!!!faintingsmiley

    I am back.. I did IVF, but eggs dint grow, had only 1 egg, so doc coverted it to
    IUI.. So on 2ww. So in this 2ww, am planning healthy food and 1hr moderate walk...

    Any update about your 2ww. I just read your post, wish you all the best.

    Why this thread is too dull now. No one is posting/updating. Why?

    I have been continuing my normal diet with simple walking practice. Lost 1 more kg this month.

    Now my baby is 6 months, and my Gyneac gave me green light for any exercise or dieting since I am completely healed from my c-section. So, from today onwards, I am planning to diet strictly.

    A BIGGGGG SORRY...

    Tooo many changes and was very busy.

    Been to chennai for week to meet my SIL :bonk(She's come from u.s).

    And now from yesterday i am Work From Home for 3 months.

    Mon,Tue was hectic..

    Today morning did 1.5kms Treadmill...

    Planning 5kms Treadmill per day...

    And 1hr evening in walk..
