    Today's update:

    water- 3.5 ltrs
    food- black tea ( out of lemon at house), 1 bread slice with peanut butter, apple
    veg soup with few spoons of rice sprinkled on top, green beans curry, papaya
    roasted channa
    papaya floated on freshly squeezed orange juice(yum ) , rasam with some beans curry on it ( to have some salty taste after my fruit)

    Note: every time I eat fruit, I am craving for something salty. Is it ok? I dont need much, but few spoon full of food would satisfy my tongue. If I ignore, I am ending up in eating more food! Do any one have this kind of issue?

    exercise:
    mor- 15 sets SN, 30 mins floor workout
    eve- 1 hr treadmll, 55 mins elliptical- burned 900 cals today. extra 100 cals for scoring my lost point from yesterday.

    1. healthy snack all days- done
    2.floor workout- 5 days- 5/5 days done
    3. gym- cardio- targeting 800 calories 2 days in a week- 2/2 days done

    [FONT=Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]All those lost points are due to unnecessary food that I ate. Last week net point is also the same, that too with only lost points from food! It means I still need to work a lot on this part...Hope to lessen this in week 3.[/FONT]

    Sheshin, Akineel, Reshmi...any one joining me for a fruit day in week 3? As last week, tuesday ok?
    I will include a tiny salty protein source or soup in between to keep me away from headache and vomitting sensation.you can design your own way to keep yourself under comfortable mode. we dont need to be absolutely only on fruit. point is to avoid carb that day. let me know who is ready and when. awaiting...I feel strong if I have some company in doing the fruit diet. It was impossible for me until recently. Last week , with some our friends, I was able to manage with mild modifications that suits me. thanks to Sheshin, Akineel and Reshmi for giving company.

    am following every sunday its been over 1month ..intially i lost 2 pouds every week, these days my body got used to fruit diet.. so there is no weight change.. i hardly losing 1 lb.. after a great struggle of exercise,diet and keeping my energy high for my kids.. i get really disappointed seeing not much weight loss, abut am really happy atleast am maintaing my weight. yesterday i went to mall.. just to see what size am in abercrombie.. in jan i was at 10size now am at 6 size 28 inches on my belly. that made me happy. when i was overweight i asked the sales girl..if they carry my size.. they harshly said we dont carry heavy size pants..

    gayatri thanks for the tips to manage when friends force me to eat.. my friends know all those tricks i make them inspire and they know my determination in losing weight.. girls if u know tips let me know.

    todays update
    empty stomach 2ltrs water
    breakfast tea+ 2 idlys+sambar+2 tbsp chutney
    1 ltr before lunch
    lunch 2 rotis+cabbage curry+cottage cheese+curd
    snack 2 dates
    dinner 1 mango

    today we went to temple .. they gave prasad.. i cant say no to it.. so i had 4 tbsp kesari.

    my rules
    1)less oil/salt (yes)
    2)lean meat(yes)

    6/10 1 point
    6/11 .5 points
    6/12 1 point
    6/13 1 point
    6/14 .5 points
    6/15 2.5 points
    6/16 1 .5 point

    why i lost 2 points on tuesday and friday my relatives forced me to eat and today i at prasadam so i lost.5points so total score 8 points.

    for week 3 i made my rules strict, i carry first rules am having now,

    my rules
    1)less salt/oil
    2)lean meat
    3)daily early morning cardio workout.
    4)empty stomach drinking 2 ltrs water.

    3 rd and 4 th is really tough for me.. let me see

    gayatri.. i do fruit diet every saturday or sunday depend on schedule.. to keep my stamina up i eat dates and drink 4ltrs water.. so my tummy is full, i just did jillian micheal workout for 1 day and my thighs got sore for 4 days, so i rested whole week, am excited to start my workouts from tommorow with high stamins.. but for 1 week i just relaxed my self and enjoyed with my family not worrying abt exercise. but i hightly missed my workout.

    Am really glad to see this group getting active the similar way every month!! Fortunately I reached my goal of conceiving in the mid of joining this thread a month ago!! I came here.. because with all of your support I started getting active and by the time God felt my efforts and gave me 2 beautiful gifts! :) which I'm preserving as my 2 apple of my eye.. :)
    Thanks again to all IL's .. I will again come back after a year to join workouts with you guys!! Its really fun and enthusiastic to workout with this group

    very happy for u dear.. i can feel how happy u are.. as i was in ur shoes 2yrs back.. my twins are getting active and almost forgot happy moments when pregnant, so enjoy the core, sure come back in a yr.. hope we will be as team till u come back.. our support will be with u..
