    NOV 20- Few toning exercises with 8 pound dumbbells.
    NOV 21- Complete toning workout from the Jane fonda series for 50 minutes.Workout 1 and 2.Used 8 pound and 1 kg dumbbells.
    NOV 22-A brisk walk for 50 minutes this morning.

    Been away for some weeks regarding work.
    Then the net connection failed due to cyclone varda.
    Been working out regularly from last week.

    Jan 5: Did a 1 mile power walk with weights.
    20 minutes kettle bell workouts.
    Abdominal workouts.

    Hi Geevee,

    Great going. I have started doing yoga for the past few months. Its going good. I haven't restarted walking since the start of this year. Will start this weekend.

    I have been travelling a bit and then busy with shifting house etc...
    So more of indoor walking workouts with small weights -1 kg. Sometimes 2 miles power walk and abdominal exercises. Sometimes 3 miles walk.
    Feb 2: Walking outdoors for 50 minutes
    Feb 3: 2 miles happy walk plus 10 minutes of ab workouts -40 minutes
    Feb 4: Walking at home 3 miles and ab workouts- 45 mnts plus 10 minutes -55 minutes total.
