    SEPT 12: Did a 25 MINUTES KETTLEBELL Workout as part of toning.
    SEPT 13: 20 minutes of brisk walk this morning.

    SEPT 13: Just finished the evening session of toning doing the 25 minutes total body dumbbell workout.Used 1 kg dumbbells. Awesome.Youtube has so many workouts just tailor made for us.

    SEPT 14: Did Burn body fat 1 mile-indoor workout for 17 minutes.
    Then 15 minutes of beginner total body toning workout using 1 kg dumbbells for most exercises and 8 pounds for 2 exercises totalling 10 different exercises.
