    hello friends.........i am muskaan ... my age is 22 years and my weight is 60 kgs, with 5.2 inches height.......
    i desperately want to lose 10 kgs fast for family functions.....
    i have recently joined a gym...in morning i go to gym , but after 2 hours of coming back,i sleep in afternoon............will it increase my weight.....

    one more thing friends...my thighs are very heavy...each thigh 25 inch...what is best for thighs?//
    Running or skipping rope????/
    or walking??????

    Dear Muskaan,

    1. Sleeping shouldnt affect anything, unless your sleeping for more than a total of 9 hours a day
    2. Running is the best thing for thighs it will tone it qucikly and it also helps boost your metabolism causing you to loose weight
    3. Exercise is only 20% of the problem make sure your eating well along with gymming :)
