    Walked total 7km today which consisted of walking to work.
    Dinner by 6.00
    1 hour yoga.
    1 cup coffee.
    No sugar.
    Using only stairs.

    Just roast sprouts moong with little oil.Add lemon juice,salt,chilli powder and little chaat masala.Serve.You can also add a few fresh veggies like cucumber,carrot,beetroot,onion and tomatoes.

    Yoga 1 hour
    Walked for almost 6km today.

    It definitely gonna help. I try to encoparate. It's a good protein rich diet.

    Hi Maddy and Veena .
    Came in after a long time.
    Your salad s awesome.packed with nutrients.i will make curry for rotis with full green moogdhal
    Ex schedule
    Went for 10 min walking for warm up
    Jumped into strength training
    Squats, jumping jacks,leg lifts,ab workout.
    Then also did push up and planks.
    30 mins ,I was very tired and it's sweats a lot in Chennai.
    Felt fresh after that.

    From last Wednesday, I'm not regular with the workout, (i was not well, then travel, functions, gettogether etc). I felt bad n low. So today I repeated last week schedule for my satisfaction. I'm back.
