Hello Ladies, Happy New Year!! I was down with acidity issues so couldn't follow any proper diet or workout. But, I'm back now. I try to avoid sour items like citrus fruits, berry, tamarind, spicy items and follow a very mild diet includes more plain 2% home made yogurt, milk. Here are my updates, Jan 13: Morning - 1 cup honey water (on empty stomach) , 1 cup boost, 2 wheat bread slices, soaked almonds Breakfast - 1 small bowl honey bunch of oats, fruits smoothie (with vegan protein powder) Lunch - Brown rice, chapati, boiled egg white, vegetable, yogurt Dinner - Idly, chutney, 1 cup viva (sometimes just plain milk without sugar) Workout: Treadmill - normal walk - 10 mins; inclined walk - 30 mins Elliptical - 20 mins Squats Arm workout Jan 14: Morning - 1 cup honey water, 1 cup boost, 2 wheat bread slices Breakfast - 1 small bowl honey bunch of oats, fruits smoothie (with vegan protein powder) Lunch - Brown rice, chapati, boiled egg white, vegetable, yogurt Eve - soaked almonds Dinner - Yet to have Workout: Gym closed Squats Arm workout Question: Is it good to have yellow part of egg? I hear mixed reviews so just thought to clarify. Few say that yolk is animal fat but few others say that when we don't eat yellow part then we're not consuming the full energy out of egg. Is it so?
