Weight Loss Buddies from 2012

    Hello Ladies,

    Happy New Year!!

    I was down with acidity issues so couldn't follow any proper diet or workout. But, I'm back now. I try to avoid sour items like citrus fruits, berry, tamarind, spicy items and follow a very mild diet includes more plain 2% home made yogurt, milk.

    Here are my updates,

    Jan 13:
    Morning - 1 cup honey water (on empty stomach) , 1 cup boost, 2 wheat bread slices, soaked almonds
    Breakfast - 1 small bowl honey bunch of oats, fruits smoothie (with vegan protein powder)
    Lunch - Brown rice, chapati, boiled egg white, vegetable, yogurt
    Dinner - Idly, chutney, 1 cup viva (sometimes just plain milk without sugar)

    Workout:
    Treadmill - normal walk - 10 mins; inclined walk - 30 mins
    Elliptical - 20 mins
    Squats
    Arm workout

    Jan 14:

    Gym closed
    Squats

    Question:
    Is it good to have yellow part of egg? I hear mixed reviews so just thought to clarify. Few say that yolk is animal fat but few others say that when we don't eat yellow part then we're not consuming the full energy out of egg. Is it so?

    1. Jan 11- rest
      Jan 12- 45 mins kick boxing and ab workout
      Jan 13- took rest purpose fully for recovery
      Jan 14- 45 mins group cardio- did with all modifications...
      Jan 15- 40 mins of kick boxing
      workouts and medicine ball routines
      Jan 16-
      no workout- health issues.
      Jan 17-20 mins walking
      Jan 18-40 mins yoga,40 mins walk
      Jan 19- 40 mins of kick boxing and ab workouts- modified version today
      Jan 20- 1 hr strength training workouts

    Jan 22-thu- no workouts

    Jan 26-mon- 40 mins of kick boxing
    Jan 27-tue- 1 hr strength training ,total body stretches,breathing exercises.
    Jan 28- wed- 40 mins kick boxing ,pranayam
    Jan 29-thu-skipped exercise-super tired.
    Jan 30-fri-30 mins walk,15 mins floor workout
    Jan 31-sat- 1 hr 20 mins hot yoga

    Sorry was away for so long. had things going on. had moved to india then again moved to UK was planning to move to Canada and so many confusions.

    Hello Beautiful ladies,
    i know its been long since i came here. just been so busy. Exercise program also suffered and have added on weight though i know i will get back to shape soon as i have started my exercise regime but this time its taking longer to reduce and i know i have not been looking after what i am eating so need to be strict with that too.
    Since these days i work from home so the temptations are moregigglingsmiley i hope to be regular and start updating my program too.
    Need some motivation :hiya
