    Hi,
    today:
    early mrg : warm water with cinnamon and honey
    mrg: 1 bowl oats
    mid Mrg: 1/2 juicy orange
    lunch: 2 phulka with pineapple pachadi
    eve: 1 boiled egg
    dinner(6.15pm) 2 dosa with chutney

    exercise:
    55 min Leslie sansone 4 mile fast walking
    15 ab and thigh exercise


    * no sugar
    * no junk
    * no tea /coffee
    * no soda

    Dear all,
    how are you all doing? sorry for not being here, its been a a very busy year for me. i was in japan then returned back my sisters and mum travelled to india for medical then i wnet away for a 10 day meditation course and now things are getting to settle a bit. i have lost little weight which is agood sign and i cn fit into some of my clothes. my exercise routine too had been out of the window but now getting back to the routine. i shall try to come here as often as possible, how are you all doing. i do think about you all at all times.

    My dear Sunnaa,
    yes i have been extremely busy was travelling and my routine got messed up and my reching is taking up a lot of time,but i am back. i missed you too dear. i am going to be regualr here too. had a great session at the gym yesterday with my trainer and am now working more on cardio. i am eating but taking care of what im eating.

    How are you all doing? I know it's been long time for me too. I just logged into IL yesterday and I was surprised to see that I've won a contest (mentor/buddy pair) and I felt excited :biggrin2:.

    My updates so far:

    Oct 20:
    Treadmill : 410 calories; 3.17 miles; 60 mins

    Oct 23:
    Treadmill : 442 calories; 3.17 miles; 60 mins

    Oct 27:
    Treadmill : 260 calories; 3.12 miles; 60 mins

    Nov 1:
    Treadmill : 320 calories; 3.42 miles; 60 mins

    Nov 3:
    Treadmill : 425 calories; 3.29 miles; 90 mins

    Nov 4:
    Treadmill : 209 calories; 1.81 miles; 30 mins

    Nov 6:
    Treadmill : 371 calories; 3 miles; 60 mins

    Plus, I do arm workouts sometimes with weights, squats and climbing stairs at home.

    I'm in weaning stage (stopped pumping / bf ing) and know what my weight is stable for the past 1 month and I don't see any decrease in wt since I started this weaning process. Is this normal ladies?
